Fragility and Handling: Artwork, both original and reproductions, can be fragile and requires careful handling during unpacking and installation. The buyer assumes responsibility for any damage that may occur due to improper unpacking, handling, framing, or hanging of the artwork.

Shipping and Liability: Junko Nakao will take the utmost care in packaging and preparing your artwork for shipment. However, once the artwork is shipped, the buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss that occurs during transit. Should any item arrive damaged, the artist should be contacted in writing within 7 days of receipt.
